Good location with nice sea view and good sunset
AC in both bedrooms and fans in the kitchen /living areas were sufficient
spacious kitchen
quick and useful response from the management company of the unit
whole building a little bit outdated but in good condition
in the appartment there were rather poor kitchen equipment, only 4 plates that made it a bit uncomfortable to on going hand washing ; also I would expect ( as said that basic are in the appartment ) that at least salt would be there ( it was not ) but that was a small detail; we bought it and left to use for other guests

Loved ocean view and large modern kitchen. We liked the AC in the bedrooms. It was nice to have portable coolers and beach chairs.
The beds weren't very comfortable.
