Tiffany Central Apartment in Skopje

I booked the apartment at 4 p.m. and asked if I could move in right away, as I had to change apartments because of flooding. The host was very kind and got everything ready extremely quickly. Within an hour, I had all the instructions I needed to access the apartment. Check-in was easy. The apartment is located on the seventh floor and offers great views. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning was excellent. Excellent location!

The air conditioner is located in the main living area rather than the bedroom, so the bedroom can be a little warm. There are signs of water infiltration in a few places throughout the apartment, which has caused some of the paint to look worn and dated.

Konumu Büyük İskender anıtına 5 dakika uzaklıkta, havalimanı ve şehir içerisinde ulaşımı kolay. Saint klement kilisesi eve yine sadece 5 dakika uzaklıkta. Ev sahibi ilgili 👍

Konum çok iyi. Meydana 2 dakika yürüyerek ulaşılabilir. Fiyat performans dairesi denilebilir. Ev sahibi konumu bulmamızda oldukça yardımcı oldu, teşekkür ederim. Ev içerisinde eşyaların durumu iyiydi. Banyo-tuvalet temizdi. Tek oda değil, salon ve yatak odası olması ve evin ferah olması bizi mutlu etti. Hareket alanımız oldukça genişti. Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey bulunuyordu. Her şey fotoğrafta olduğu gibiydi. Bir daha gelsem burada kalmayı düşünürüm.

Park yeri tesis bünyesinde dediği için araba park etmekte zorlanmayacağımızı düşünmüştüm. Apartmanın altında ücretsiz otopark olarak bomboş bir alan olmasına rağmen park alanına giriş imkanı tanınmadı. Bize ekstra 10€ ya mal oldu. Park sağlanmıyorsa, daire ücreti biraz daha uygun olabilirdi.

Excellent location, however it isn't at but very near the listed address listed. I actually didn't stay at this unit, as it had black mold, and the host promptly relocated me to another one next door, which was bigger and had a better view.

Black mold in the apartment. The unit next door was better but had a funny smell in the living room, possibly from past tenants smoking, the bathroom was tiny, and there were pipes coming out of the floor in the bedroom and bathroom.
