About this villa rental
Villa Luparetta consists of a large villa in addition to a large annex, approx. 35 km northwest of Rome. The place has 17 beds in 8 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and a generally high standard. There are 8 bathrooms, 7 of which have showers. The location is rural with a view of the surrounding hills on one side and the sea on the other. Surrounded by undulating agricultural land with olive groves and grape vines, you are guaranteed a wonderful Italian experience.
The main house consists of 4 bedrooms, all with access to patio/balcony, 3 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen.
The annex consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a small living room/kitchen. In addition, the annex has a training room with changing room, treadmill, dumbbells, barbell, projector and A/C etc.
The pool is large with a diving board and a depth of 3.5 meters at its deepest point, with two adjacent outdoor showers. There are also sunbeds with parasols that can be put out. By the pool there is a separate seating area with space for 13 people, where a sun screen has recently been installed so that it can be used comfortably at all times of the day. There is of course also a wood-fired pizza oven available, either for your own use or for hiring your own pizza baker.
Villa Luparetta has its own local caretaker who will be able to help at all times of the day if, against suspicion, something goes wrong or if you need help with something.
Facades, outdoor areas and pool have been further renovated since the photos were taken.
THE AREA
Villa Luparetta is located in the countryside, so a rental car is a prerequisite to get the most out of your stay. From Fiumicino, it takes about 35 minutes by car to get to the property, where you will be met by one of our assistants to ensure a smooth and quick arrival. The surrounding area has many pleasant historic towns that are worth a visit, such as Cervetieri, Ceri and Bracciano. It's also just a short drive to a handful of pleasant beaches. In the local area you will find a multitude of restaurants, in all price ranges, we have a separate list of favorites that you will have access to.
Only a 45 minute drive from everything Rome has to offer, parking is surprisingly easy. Should you prefer a train, there is a service from the neighboring town of Ladispoli to Rome approximately once an hour.
Other opportunities around Villa Luparetta include football pitches, tennis courts, a nature reserve, museums, vineyards - there's plenty to fill the time with.
Or just relax by the pool.

It was perfect. Amazing for kids and family. Very clean. Constant access to property manager. Enjoyed pool and outdoor kitchen with incredible views.
