The cleanliness was great. Everything within the apartment feels a lot more modern than in the rest of the building. The process to get and deposit the keys is streamlined, even when the owner is not there.
No air conditioning and no fan whatsoever, we were in the middle of a heat wave, I did not sleep that night.
