Loved proximity to the beach, and the pier with souvenir shop and other local restaurants and shops. Was impressed with smart use of space, simple cute beachy decor, freezer was big enough to put not just ice cube trays but two half gallons of icecream! We walked back and forth to all the local spots.

The property was very clean and very close to the beach.
I did not like the bathroom/sink set up. It was very small and if you need it to use the sink to make coffee or clean a cup out it was very awkward.

Location was great, very dog friendly, very responsive to needs.
They shower floor is very slippery, one of our group had a pretty bad fall. I sent pictures of the injury along with a suggestion to add traction stickers to the floor and didn't get any response.
