Check in, check out was all contact-less, and there was no room service. Leave dirty towels and trash outside the room and it would magically return clean. It all worked well. We had a balcony which was lovely, but for those not from North Carolina it is worth noting the smoking policy in the state. You can smoke anywhere outside. So while we were enjoying our balcony, someone was smoking outside on theirs, which adversely affected us . Given our issues with asthma, we had to go inside. The pool was not usable when we were there (January), so don’t know whether smoking is allowed by the pool as well. Regardless, we would return.
