Unusual property with parking

Large apartment. Good cooking facilities. Clean.

There were no curtains and we had to cover the window with cushions as the external blind didn't work. It has no lift and you have to carry luggage up 4 floors, so some people could struggle.

Der Aufenthalt war ok, aber ich werde nicht wieder für eine Geschäfsreise hier buchen

Die Lage ist super, es sind genug Parkplätze auf der Straße vorhanden und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Temperatur in der Wohnung war angenehm.

Der Trockner war voll mit Klamotten, das Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber und es gab keine Tabs für die Spühlmaschine, die Rollladen im Schlafzimmer sind noch nicht repariert (mich hat es nicht gestört, aber wenn man Lichtempfindlich ist, am besten Schlafmaske mitbringen). Was bis heute noch ärgerlich ist, 2 Tage vor dem Check-in habe ich eine Rechnung angefragt und auf die Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert. Stunden nach den Check-out habe ich angerufen um danach zu fragen und die Antwort "die Rechnung ist nicht bereit und er hat das Recht sich 6 Monate Zeit damit zu lassen" ist nicht gerade was man hören will! Als ich die Rechnung endlich bekam, war sie doch falsch und nun gibt es weitere Diskussionen. Das ist das erste Mal in 15 Jahren wo ich für die Erstellung einer Rechnung hinterher rennen muss...also nicht optimal für meine Geschäftsreisen.

Un séjour pas assez long pour découvrir la ville

photos fournies par WhatsApp pour trouver les clés. possibilité de parking très appréciable en centre ville les 2 balcons avec une très belle vue urbaine propreté irréprochable surface très grande dans cette gamme de prix sanitaires, robinetterie et électroménager en très bon état

il faisait très froid en arrivant, le chauffage au rait pu être mis en avance, comme la surface est grande il faut du temps pour réchauffer le logement. impossibilité d'avoir le noir total pour la nuit. Notre chambre avait un volet roulant hors d'usage et celle de notre fils n'avait carrément pas de volet du tout. manque de couvertures et de linge de lit un micro ondes et un grille pain auraient été appréciables une cafetière à dosette type Nespresso aurait donné un bien meilleur café que la cafetière à filtre

De locatie is top en je hebt een afgesloten parkeerplaats. Super mooi uitzicht.

Er zijn geen gordijnen en het was best warm.

douchen is niet gemakkelijk, er is geen cabine dus in bad douchen waarbij je niet rechtop kan staan ivm schuin dak. Je moet dus van het bad gebruikmaken

Ein schöne, gemütliche gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Schöne große Dachgeschosswohnung mit guter Ausstattung.

Nicht für gehbehinderte geeignet weil vierte Etage ohne Aufzug. Microwelle konnte ich keine finden. Parkgarage kostet extra.

Mooi ruim appartement, maar een tegenvaller voor ons

Een ruim, net en goed uitgerust appartement. Fijn ook dat er sfeerverlichting is. Het is een appartement op de 4e verdieping van een gebouw met privé-woningen, zonder lift. De keuken is ruim en heeft echt alles wat je nodig hebt. De badkamer idem dito, je kan wel alleen in bad, niet douchen. Het dakterras lijkt me in de zomer top, mooi uitzicht over Pforzheim. Vergis je niet in het schuine dak (aan 1 kant van de woning) we hebben ons echt wel gestoten en het kost wel ruimte.

De beide slaapkamers bleken geen gordijnen te hebben! De verhuurder liet na een bericht van ons weten dat de ramen vervangen zullen worden en er dan nieuwe gordijnen komen, maar daar hadden wij niks aan natuurlijk. En dat 1 slaapkamer rolluiken had, maar die bleken het niet te doen. Daar zou een monteur voor gebeld worden, maar dat loste op dat moment niks op. We hadden geboekt zodat we aparte slaapkamers hadden, maar hebben nu een kamer gedeeld en zelf een laken voor het raam gehangen. Dat viel serieus tegen.
