I have nothing good to say about this property, and feel that all booking.com guests should be warned before going into a place like this. ... .... ... .... .... ..... ...... ....... ......... .......... ......
The host does not reply to messages sent via Booking.com. He also does not react to messages sent via other channels. My requests to arrange pickup of the keys were ignored. I also did not get information from the host about where to find the keys. I tried phoning when we arrived at accommodation and was told someone will phone me back. 15 min later somone else phoned me and again told me that they will phone me back. I did not get a call back. 40 min later the host arrived with one very smelly attitude. And refused to speak to me, as I reprimanded him for being unprofessional. Eventually my father spoke to him and said we will stay, BUT WE ONLY STAYED BECAUSE IT WAS LATE AND WE DID NOT KNOW IF WE WOULD FIND OTHER ACCOMMODATION EASILY. The dishes and glasses in the cupboard were dirty. The coffee machine was dirty. The oven was dirty. There was also nothing to clean these things with. The accommodation is also located in an industrial zone, with a traintrack just outside the window of the main bedroom. There was an issue with the smell. It looked like the rubbish had not been collected in weeks. The dustbin was infested with maggots. A swarm of flies also occupied the appartment with us. The neighbours are loud and have no regard for privacy. I would be giving this property a 0 out of 5 if I could.

Wlan Fenster im Wohnzimmer kein Ungeziefer
Die Haupttür des Wohngebäudes konnte man nicht richtig schließen, sie stand also dauerhaft auf; Wir hatten nicht wie angegeben eine Terasse oder einen Gartenblick; Dreckige, klebrige Böden; Einrichtung war zu 80% nicht wie auf den Bildern- die Köche vor Ort war zu 100% eine andere als auf den Bildern; Angegebener Toaster sowie Föhn und Spülmaschine waren nicht vorhanden; Toiletten waren nicht vollständig an der Wand befestigt - man hatte jedes mal Angst das die Kloschüssel bei benutzen von der Wand fällt; bei einer Toilette gab es nir eine Brille keinen Deckel und bei der anderen waren Klobrille und Deckel nicht richtig fest und sind ständig verrutscht; keine Mülleimer auf den Toiletten; Herdplatten die nicht richtig funktionierten- haben für Rührei 30min gebraucht auf einer großen Platte; Wand hinter dem Herd war Gelb und klebrig; der Kühlschrank in der Küche hat dauerhaft Wasser geleckt; ein Stuhl der Einrichtung war kaputt; die Betten waren billig- die Matratzen waren absolut dünn und unbequem; Schimmel im Badezimmer vorallem in der Dusche welcher mit Silikon versucht wurde zu verdecken; Wascaschine war dreckig; defekte Rolläden im Wohnzimmer; Der vorhandene Besen war eher ein stück Holz- weil er so abgenutzt war; Badezimmerfenster war auch nicht komplett in Ordnung; Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht;

Perfekt
Die Schlüsselabholung verlief absolut problemlos. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr groß und sauber, die Raumaufteilung sehr durchdacht für größere Gruppen, besonders auch die Dusche/Toiletten/Waschraum. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war mehr als gerecht.

Er was een prettige en duidelijke communicatie vooraf. Het is een groot en ruim appartement met genoeg bedden.
Bij aankomst stonden er andere gasten bij de ingang te roken en te drinken. Hierdoor hing er een sterke geur van sigarettenrook. Het appartement is niet schoon, de vloer plakt en het glaswerk, de borden en het bestek waren onfris. De matrassen en het beddengoed waren niet schoon. De knop van het toilet was kapot. Wij raden het zeker niet aan voor gezinnen!

Die Größe der Wohnung war gut und Betten bequem.
Verstaubtes Mobiliar, Ausstattung Note 4. Für ein Wochenende nur zum Übernachten ist die Unterkunft Ok. Auf den Fotos wird die Unterkunft besser dargestellt als sie ist. Terrasse mit Blick auf großen Schlachthof. Wir würden nicht mehr buchen.

Heb je niet veel verwachtingen dan is dit een goede uitvalsbasis voor het Zwarte woud.
De prijs van het verblijf. Alles was goed schoongemaakt, verse handdoeken en beddengoed voorzien.
Niet voorzien op een gezin van 8 personen. (Weinig borden en bestek). Alles was ook een beetje bric a brac. Geen parkeergelegenheid naast het huis. Maar de prijs maakte veel goed :-)

Es hat grösstenteils unseren Anforderungen entsprochen.
Die Grösse der Wohnung ist sehr gut für eine grosse Familie. Der Preis ist fair und angemessen.
Teilweise Mobiliar sehr veraltet. Lampen und Brandmelder in 2 Zimmern waren abmontiert. Sehr viel Staub auf den Schränken. Fusselknötchen auf den Bettdecken. Wegen Allergie auf Daunenkissen, keine Alternative.
