You do share a bathroom, but there are only two rooms on the floor and a shared kitchen. It allows cooking or reheating of leftovers and a cup of coffee or tea when needed.
It didn’t bother us, but you do carry your gear up flights of stairs.

Samuel, the property owner, was very kind and helpful, giving recommendation and even guiding us to local events Located right next to the harbor and Cobh church and 10-15min walk from the train to Cork Also, the property has a cute garden with a cat that will sometimes come out to say hi
Our bathroom and kitchen were shared with another room, so your comfort may vary based on the other guests

Great location with a lovely sea view and a nice garden
We were told upon arriving that we would be sharing a bathroom with another tenant which was not disclosed in the description or prior reviews. As a result we had to bring in our own hand towel to the bathroom for every use. The kitchen was also advertised as having coffee facilities but instant coffee is only provided when a machine would be nicer. A TV is also not available in most rooms due to noise issues between the walls but will be provided if the host agrees.
