I love that they gave us a family room even though we are only a couple and the overviewing to the sea and rooftop are wonderful.

Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress was lopsided and kept rolling out of bed.

For the price we paid for 2 nights , I expected more.
Whilst i understand the hotel is old, our room needs a facelift.
Our room overlooked bins and a generator of some description which hummed loudly intermittently all night.
The shower/bathroom wa tiny.
The Tv was in front of a Mirror which was on top of a set of drawers.
Minimal plug sockets no usb
Small towels and lack of toiletries
No pictures , a very basic run down room.
Having come to Cobh all my life to visit family, we thought the Comm would be a treat. It’s overpriced *** for 2 nights, the view from our room was offensive, , and the noise from generators has led me to writing this review at 5 am having been awake for more than 2 hrs listening to a Loud humming.
We would probably not stay again as there is better value accommodation available in Cobh
