Está muy cerca de una estación. Es amplio y cómodo, y se agradece que tenga un televisor Smart TV.
El barrio da un poco de miedo en la noche y está un poco sucio, pero de todos modos se nota que la gente es buena y amable.

よく民泊やゲストハウスで1週間以上の滞在をするのですが、長期滞在時に無いと困る、あると凄く助かるものがすべて揃ってて助かりました。
ケトル、レンジ、洗濯機、包丁まな板、鍋、グラス、マグカップ、バスタオル類…は大体どこも置いてあるのですが
サランラップ、バスマジックリン、未開封のスポンジ、トイレの流せる掃除クロス、衣類用のアイロン、掃除機、クイックルワイパー、ハンガー、洗濯のピンチハンガーも置かれていたのが良かったです。
洗濯用にはおしゃれ着洗剤が置かれてました。
あと、蓋付きの大きいゴミ箱が2こ置かれてたのがとてもよかったです。
あとは価格が安くてよかったです。
お湯が事前に湯沸かしタンクに表示されている量しか使えない貯湯タンク式で、残量のメモリ分を使い切ると0時〜朝まで貯まるのに時間がかかってしまうこと。
お風呂中に湯切れが起きないように早く上がることになるので、長風呂の人が2人続けて入るとすぐに使い切ってしまうかもしれないので注意…
（1時間とか時間をずらしてその間にお湯をボタンで沸かせば長風呂の人でも大丈夫だと思う）
今回2人で行って湯張りもしたのですが2人目が上がるとお湯のメモリはゼロになりました。（これでも急いで上がったのでいつも通りなら多分中で湯切れしてた）
ただお湯切れにならないように急ぎたくても、お風呂は水とお湯が2ハンドルなのでお湯温度を都度調整して合わせる必要があるので時間がかかって結構大変でした; 2ハンドルはなれるまで温度調整が難しいので…
あと、お風呂場の脱衣所に扉やカーテンは無いので、扉付きの寝室からトイレやキッチン側に誰かがくると鉢合わせになるのでそのあたり気にする人はやめたほうがそさそう。
あとは上の階の人が夜中に椅子を引く音が何度も寝室に響いて聞こえてたのが気になりました。
