L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel : douche, machine à laver, futon double très confortable (c'est le meilleur futon sur lequel nous ayons dormi au Japon !). Des articles de toilette sont disponibles : rasoir, bouchons d'oreille, masques de nuit, brosses à dents, chaussons. Nous avons pu faire le check-in autonome plus tôt que prévu afin d'y laisser nos bagages, c'était très sympathique de la part de l'hôte ! L'appartement est également très bien situé, environ 5-10min à pied du métro.

The room was quite spacious for 2 people. We had 2 large suitcases and 2 small ones, and there was still enough space to open them comfortably. The bathroom was clean with the shower area separated from the toilet. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the room had all the necessary amenities. The location is convenient, close to the subway station and several restaurants.
There is no elevator, the stairs are quite steep and narrow, which may be difficult if you have large luggage. Fortunately, the room was only on the second floor. The hot water in the shower sometimes fluctuated between hot and cold.

A estadia foi super aconchegante, e adoramos a experiência de ficar em um apartamento japonês. A localização é ótima, com estação de metrô e trem bem próximas, o que facilita muito a locomoção.
Tudo estava muito limpo, e dá para perceber o cuidado e a atenção em cada detalhe.

The room is big and well located. Washing machine, microwave and other appliances are available.
The room was very cold despite the heating system.
Quite noisy neighbourhood (the host provided ear plugs).
The room was not very well cleaned, there was some dust around, hairs in the shower and in the bed sheets, and one bath towel was dirty.
WiFi was slow, and it stopped working the last night.
