外面週邊晚上很冷清，走路回民宿時有時會看到1～2個流浪漢。

Great communications with the management company, location to food (restaurants, Don Quiote, grocery store), and transportation are within easy walking distance. Great value for the price. Consider this a very typical Japanese apartment with small kitchen (utensils included!), mini fridge and clothes washer (drying rack on balcony for air drying) Building is also pretty good as far as noise isolation- could barely hear the trains (two tracks a block away], and only heard the upstairs neighbours a couple of times moving chairs around

Never felt unsafe, but the location is probably not in the best part of town.... lots of graffiti in the area (none on the property itself). I can't remember what the advertised capacity of the room was, but the bedroom only had room for the queensize bed, the futon could only be placed in the entrance way. Again, not a deal breaker, just a heads up if you're not planning on sharing the bed

It was located 5 minutes from Shin-Imamiya station, where airport trains pass through before or after Umeda. We had a lot of luggage to carry and it was an ease to bring it to and from the station (which had direct elevator access from ground to the platform). 5-10 mins from Shinsekai and Tennoji and 20-30 mins walking from Namba and Nihonbashi. Lots of things to do nearby!
