Welcome to the Fairy House, a one-of-a-kind historic cottage in downtown Sevierville! This home is located minutes away from Dollywood and all the main attractions in the Pigeon Forge area. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms you will have all the space you need for a comfy, memorable vacation in the Smokies.
The property boasts charm as you enter and find yourself emerged in whimsical decor and plenty of space. The dining and kitchen area is fully equipped, including a coffee bar and seating for 6. Moving on into the living room you can cozy up in front of the fire, or even slip out on the front porch to enjoy some sites of historic downtown Sevierville.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private, attached bath with a stand-up shower. Bedroom 2 holds two twin beds, and bedroom 3 has a full size bed. These rooms are separated by a shared bath off of the hallway that has a shower/tub combo.
Unit is fully-equipped and is stocked with all essentials, linen and fast and reliable high speed internet. Smart devices are on all TVs. Expansive parking is completely flat and can fit 6 cars, or even a trailer.

Great area. Perfect for what we were wanting, a home base for exploring the area. Definitely an older home, but cute and quaint.

Pros: Clean, close to everything, pet friendly, communication was mostly good.
Cons: Mildew smell -Mainly in living room. All was good until it was decided one more document was needed for check in(the day after we checked in). Was not happy to receive a text stating we were in danger of being evicted unless this form was completed! I understand the need to have everything you need, but when the entire stay has been paid in full and someone forgets to send us a needed form, was threatening to evict really necessary? Especially when I responded to every text and email in a timely manner. The lady I spoke with when I returned their call was very nice and seemed surprised by the wording of the text and it was taken care of. I hope the employee that sent the text was retrained on how to handle guests.
