One mile from town/restaurants/ice cream/mini golf.
Don’t feel like going out? No problem! We’ve got you covered with a downstairs playroom and outdoor bar, grill and fire pit.
Walk up the stairs and into a sweet screened porch for coffee, wine or a good book! Open the front door to a stylish kitchen with eat in island. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials you need. Sit at the counter or the dinette or simply dine and dash out!
Enjoy an open floor plan for cooking, watching TV, playing games, etx. Need a break from the kiddos? Send them up to the loft or downstairs to the playroom where they can watch a movie, play ping pong or GoldenTee!
Five bedrooms in total. Four bedrooms and two and a half baths are located on the main level while the master suite is nestled upstairs and has plenty of room for a pack n play, crib or blow up mattress.
There is another sitting room and separate dining room located in the back of the house with beautiful water views. Both lead out to a spacious deck for morning and happy hour!

Beach essentials are provided. We have chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, and coolers.

The property is well maintained with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great location is central to everything on the island. We will stay at this property again.

The house is newly renovated. However, there were some problems. The towels in one bathroon were dirty and wet. You will be making your own bed. The sheets were not there for one bed. The owner did tell me where to find more sheets. No toilet paper. Many roaches. We contacted the owner, on day 3 a service did come and spray. The owners said they were palmetto bugs. I have lived in Florida before. I know the difference. They were roaches. On the wall during dinner. Running under the bunks where the children were sleeping, on the kitchen counter. After spraying they did go away.
There is not a working blender.
The largest disappointment and really a problem was the golf cart. They advertise a golf cart. I needed the golf cart for our daughter who is 33 weeks pregnant to go back and forth to the beach. On day two the golf cart got a flat tire. The owner refused to take care of it. After day two there was no golf cart. The golf cart had no back cushion and there was a patio cushion tied onto it. This is where the property was not as advertised. They said they they were new to this property and still working out issues. Take your own blender and don't count on the golf cart. Also the golf cart only seats four. I wanted to love this place but it was annoying how every day there was some problem. Most of them were resolved in a day. The golf cart was just never resolved and said they would not fix it while we were there.
