Master suite: (1) queen, Bedroom 2: (2) Bunk beds (4 beds total), Bedroom 3: (1) queen, Bedrooms 4 & 5: (2) double beds. Please note that linens are not included. Michael, the host, is super friendly! The check in check out was easy. The house is great! Everything in working order. Solid WiFi. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms!!! Easy quick access to the beach. One note on the beach itself. OIB is having erosion issues primarily on the east end of the island. Functionally there is a limited amount of useable beach during high tide. There's plenty of beach during low tide. Bottom line, we loved the house and location. We would stay again without hesitation!

Property was as listed. Plenty of room for 9 of us. Air conditioning went out one day and owners were quick to respond and get it fixed. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookware and dishes etc.

Great location for beach access. Awesome loveseat recliner in common area. Adequate bedroom sizes. The split levels add to attractiveness. The bedrooms TV’s are very small for comfortable viewing. Owner very easy to communicate with and receptive to feedback. Overall very nice property and location.
