About this house rental
Beautiful 5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath Canal home with Boat Dock quick access to ICW. Spring, Fall and Winters in Ocean Isle Beach N.C. are beautiful too! There are reasonable rental rates for off season. Spring rental rates are from April 1 until June 1st2024 are at $2520.00 per week, we do take a three night minimum during this period at $420.00 per night. In the fall off season the fall rental season starts on 8/24/2024to 12/31/24, and we do allow a three night minimum during this period too with the nightly rate of $420.00 a night or for a weekly rate of $2520.00. Winter rental will be $3.900.00 per month plus utilities.
We are currently seeking a long term Winter Rental from November 15, 2023 to March 15,2024. Rental monthly rate will be $3900.00 a month plus utilities of cable, water sewer and electric.
Quiet and peaceful with less people and gorgeous surroundings. If this property is not booked for a winter rental ,please consider booking a Thanksgiving or Christmas vacation holidays with all the family in this well appointed surprisingly equipped kitchen for a large holiday dinner! Summer,Spring ,Fall and Winter (average winter temperatures are 55 degrees). All Seasons are very beautiful and quiet here on the island. A family Thanksgiving Reunion in November has also been popular with our guests(our kitchen is well equipped to cook large meals, complete stainless steel cooking pots and pans, many baking trays, ample dishes and utensils for a very large crowd, numerous serving bowls, serving trays, new chef knife set,hardworking dishwasher, too)!!!
Stunning Canal Home, 5 BR + 4.5 BA home. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one King and one with Queen and Single. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one King and one with Queen and Single. These bedrooms are en suite. There is the fifth bedroom upstairs with a Double bed with a half bath on the upstairs hallway. There is a Double Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Enjoy features such as a large living room, central heat /air, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, 6 flat screen TV's (in living room and all bedrooms),
Google Chromecast, DVD player, wireless internet, high chair, portable crib, safety gate, bed rails for young children (4 of them), ceiling fans, covered porch, sundeck, outdoor enclosed shower, fish cleaning table near dock with water. Located on a direct, ramped beach access street. The beach is down the street. There are porches with numerous seating areas to relax and hear the ocean at night and the birds during the day. The house is located on a concrete canal with a floating dock and direct access to the Inter-coastal waterway. Bring your Boat ,Kayaks, Water Boards, Rafts,Fishing and Crabbing equipment. . No smoking. No Pets. Accommodates 14. Great for families with children or adults !!

My family of 6 adults and I visited OIB for my mom's retirement party.
Due to Covid we had a lot of communication with Linda and she was fantastic. She answered countless emails from me. We also had to have a golf cart dropped off on Saturday which was a day before we arrived. Linda was kind enough to let us leave it at her sister's house and it was so appreciated!
The house was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and it was clean. It had all pots, pans, tupperware, utensils, and dishes that we needed for our stay. They had a great selection of games. The location was perfect. It was a short 3-5 minute walk to beach access. It was a short drive to restaurants and shops. The view from the porch was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the porch relaxing. We had plenty of room for all of us and even had an extra bedroom if there were more people joining.
I would highly recommend this home to anyone! Thank you for everything! We had an amazing time!
