About this house rental
Audrey and Fabien are happy to welcome you to their family farm (former goat farm) completely renovated by them.
Here, everything is recycled, bargain-hunted, diverted, and decorated with heart to preserve the soul and the imprint of time.PGJyPg
A cozy little nest, to contemplate the mummy of the Vercors in the daylight, to relax after a beautiful hike in a jacuzzi at the right temperature, or just to meet up with your loved one around a good bottle of local wine.
Everything has been designed to offer you maximum comfort and serenity: living room Living room/TV/fully equipped kitchen, coffee and hot drink available.
Bedroom (comfortable bed 160) and its en-suite bathroom (Italian shower).
All household linen is provided (bed sheets, towels, dish towels, bathrobes)
A garden and terrace await you to enjoy your breakfast, or to have your meals (garden furniture and gas barbecue provided)
The apartment is independent, without vis-à-vis on the rest of the farm (only view of the vegetable garden!)
Its access is private and offers a parking space.
La Placette is located on the edge of the village of Marches, a pretty town at the foot of the Vercors, between Romans sur Isère and Valence, near the Vercors regional park, the Col de Tourniol, and hiking trails connected to the GR. PGJyPg

If you’re looking for a calm place to stay, with confort, lovely decoration, this is the perfect place. A lovely attention was waiting for us at our arrival. And the cherry on the cake was the jacuzzi for a perfect relaxing moment. Loved it. We will go back with great pleasure. Thanks to Audrey and Fabien for everything.
