Residenza Virginia is a 6-bed vacation apartment in Lucugnano, in Lower Salento, a stone`s throw from the characteristic historic center.
The finely renovated house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, dishwasher, hair dryer and TV.
The apartment is located on theground floor.The entrance is into the large living roomwith dining room, double sofa bed. On the left is a small hallway that provides access to the two bedrooms. One room with a double bed and the second with two cribs. Both rooms have air conditioning and window that makes the room bright. Between the two rooms is the full bathroom with shower.
From the living/dining room there is access into the kitchen equipped and convenient for preparing delicious lunches. From here you exit to the lovely garden where you can dine enjoying the pleasant summer coolness or you can relax reading a book and listening to the sounds that nature offers.
The vacation apartment Residenza Virginia is just a short walk from the town of Lucugnano, a historic village of Lower Salento. In the center, in addition to the many historical beauties, there are several services.
Lucugnano makes it easy to reach the coast, both the charming east coast, with places like Tricase Porto and Marina Serra less than 10 km away, and the Ionian coast with the beaches of Lido Marini just 18 km away. Santa Maria di Leuca is less than 20 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
