Buona struttura non lontana dai due mari dello splendido Salento. Stanze grandi con due bagni indipendenti anche se uno su cortile esterno privato e uno con ventilazione forzata (questo particolare abbassa un po' la valutazione) Cucina enorme decisamente comoda come spazi. Valutazione globale buona che con qualche piccolo adeguamento può arrivare facilmente ad un più che buono.
Due accorgimenti a cui si potrebbe ovviare comodamente: un piccolo televisore in cucina (non fondamentale) mentre invece sicuramente indispensabili visto che si tratta di un alloggio per 5/6 persone dotare la cucina di qualche padella in più per cucinare e di un pentolino idoneo per la colazione.
