About this apartment rental
Exceptional, completely new 3-bedroom air-conditioned apartment (April 2024) located in the heart of Paris, a few steps from Rue Montorgueil, Place des Victoires and the Opera. Our high-end apartment combines luxury, comfort, and modernity. Decorated by renowned professional architects, it is fully equipped and is ideal for a successful stay in the capital with family or friends.

It is located on the 1st floor with elevator in a very beautiful secure Paris stone building in a pretty, quiet courtyard.
It can accommodate up to 6 people and has the following amenities to make your stay pleasant:
• 1 beautiful living room with sofa, armchair and coffee table
• 1 dining area with a beautiful table and chairs for 6 people
• 1 smart television and WiFi access to stay connected.
• 1 fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and washer-dryer
• 3 double bedrooms with queen size bed and smart TV
• 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet
• 1 separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
If you arrive before 7 p.m. we will be delighted to welcome you in person
If you arrive after 7 p.m. check in is €30 and €50 after 9 p.m.

We stayed for six nights during a heat wave, and after hectic days of sightseeing in the crowded, busy city, this apartment was a cool, clean and quiet oasis. We enjoyed the big dining table, the comfortable beds, the plentiful bathrooms; such a great place! We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. Our granddaughters are already asking to return next summer.

We have visited Paris many times and live to stay in the 2nd. We found this fabulous unit right in the heart of this vibrant neighborhood. The unit was updated, clean and had everything we needed. The bedding and linens were like new and very high quality. The check in process was easy as well as any communication with the host. Some folks have mentioned the metro sounds - not an issue at all. You could hear it faintly but not a problem. As a person with sleep issues — I slept very well. Would definitely stay again.
