About this apartment rental

Housed in the most central district of Berlin (Mitte), Guesthouse Moabit’s apartments are in a quiet street within a lively central neighbourhood that is well connected to the local sights. The nearest subway station, Turmstraße, as well as the tram M10 can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the metro station Beusselstrasse is just 10 minutes by foot or a 3 minute bus trip away; and many buses to get around the city are accessible in under 3 minutes. The M10 tram allows a comfortable and very short commute to Central Station (Hauptbahnhof).

This is our favorite flat in our guesthouse as it offers a large kitchen with plenty of space to socialize. The apartment is very quiet and has a beautiful view on the garden of one of Berlin's typical backyards. All our apartments are bright, cosy, and seek to create a homelike atmosphere. They are equipped with a kitchen that includes hobs, a fridge, a toaster, coffee machines, and an electric kettle along with basic cooking implements. All rooms have en suite bathrooms. WiFi connectivity is available in all areas. We don't have private parking, but there is a free parking zone just a 5 minute walk away (a luxury in the heart of Berlin...).

The beautiful river Spree is just around the corner and the nearby streets are dotted with numerous cafés, eateries, and bars. Berlin’s large Tiergarten park is a very short bus ride (or a walk) away and the well-known shopping avenue, Ku’damm, is 3 subway stops from Turmstraße.

Room was large, hardwood floors. View was pleasant. Kitchen was precisely as advertised, which was more than adequate for me. Bathroom was small with an unconventional layout, but not particularly unusual for Europe. Laundromat right around the corner and several places to eat. Some small issues and miscommunication, but otherwise satisfactory. Would have taken off only half a star if I could. Would stay again. Good value for price.

Even before arriving, communication with Gregor was amazing. The flat was amazing and very central to the tram stop and grocery stores, would highly recommend!

Adequate. This apartment has potential if a little more thought was given to the needs of travellers. Location was good. Easy access to transit and lots of multicultural restaurants nearby as well as the river. Bed was reasonably comfortable but you feel every move your partner makes. Kitchen is very basic. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re planning on cooking meals but ok for breakfasts. Several amenities that they said were included were not on site but they did bring them when requested. Bathroom is small and interesting. You walk through the curtained shower to get to the toilet.
