We are very excited to share our gorgeous beach-front condo with you and your family/friends. We hope you enjoy and are one of the first to leave us a wonderful review. The rare beach-front condo is on the 12th floor and comes with a 3 master-suite floor-plan with 3 full baths and over 40 feet of windows overlooking the Gulf!
The master bedroom suite comes with a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private balcony access with large glass doors to give you an unobstructed view of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The master bathroom comes with a double vanity and has a large walk-in shower. There is also a roll-away twin size bed located either under the King bed or in the master bedroom closet.
The 2nd master bedroom suite comes with 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV and a private balcony access with large glass windows to give you that unobstructed Gulf view. The 2nd master bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.
The 3rd master suite has been decorated with 2 queen-size beds, a flat screen TV with cable and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bedroom works well as an In-Law suite with a private balcony and kitchenette.
The lovely kitchen is fully stocked and ready to rock with stainless-steel appliances. And, for the coffee lovers we have a Keurig and regular-drip coffee maker readily available. The kitchen bar comes with 3 saddle stools.
The comfortable living room has a matching sofa and loveseat with built-in recliners. There is another gray colored loveseat that folds-out to a twin-size sleeper. The dinning area has a large dinning table with 8 chairs. Combined with the 3 bar stools that is seating for 11 diners. From the living room enjoy the extra large balcony.
Throughout our beach front condo, you will enjoy the amazing beach and Gulf views, will further relax our guests and make your beach stay one to remember.

We spent 4 nights with a group of college girls for a conference and had an excellent stay. The property is a bit older and shows some wear, but overall it was clean and well kept. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in away from home. We cooked most of our meals and had most everything we needed. The view was beautiful from the 12th floor. The only negatives we encountered were: either the top or bottom half of the electrical outlets in the bedrooms did not work, the roku in one of the bedrooms was not working. We received a text message checking in and I did relay this info to management. They offered to have it looked at while we were there but we opted to wait since we found a place to plug in everything we needed and the tv wasn't a big deal. We also saw a couple of insects in the room, but nothing too bad. When we went down to the beach the first time, we found there is a code needed to get through the gate to the beach. I couldn't remember seeing that info in our confirmation packet, but I may have overlooked it. Fortunately, an employee was cleaning the walkway and assisted us.The positives far outweigh the few negatives and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo needed some repairs. We couldn’t even use the main back sliding door. We had to use the doors from the rooms to access the balcony. The location and views were great! They did communicate very well with us. We do recommend getting the extra towels if staying for a week. The pools were great and well maintained! It had quick access to the beach, and we loved that the condo had a gate entrance for parking and a gate access for the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable.

The host was great and told us about pending construction at the location which affected our sleep a couple of days but expectedly. Beach was awesome and the security staff was great and kept a good watch of the area. A couple disappointing things, the hot tubs and pools were not heated and were really not enjoyable. Maybe part of construction but a hot tub at 75 degrees and a pool at 65 is not fun. Hopefully if we come back these items will be fixed. The place met our needs and the Roku on each tv was a plus. The view from the balcony is great, and the outdoor furniture was sufficient for me to enjoy my coffee. I’d like to see a couple enhancements at the location to make it perfect. It would be really nice if there was a small amount of coffee and a couple filters for the morning after arrival. We got there late and after a long day it would have been nice to have that. With a few updates and the construction completed here I would love to comeback next year, but if the pool scenario isn’t resolved I’d rather find a place with a functioning heated pool/ hot tub. We had a great time.
