This house was clean, well equipped and well located. The group of us that stayed there all agreed that when/if we come back to the area we would attempt to rent this house again.

Excellent location because the tournament was held at the convention center, five minute drive. The grocery store around the corner made it very convenient. Perfect size to house my family.

Overall, we had no major issues with our stay, but the cons in my review definitely need to be considered if traveling with children.
Pros - We had no issues with the house itself. It was as described...Newer construction, clean, excellent Wi-Fi, large TVs, very nice appliances, comfortable beds, Ring cameras front/back, etc. We had no issues with the house. It met/exceeded all expectations.
Cons - The description lists this house as being located in a "vibrant neighborhood" and "family friendly." I couldn't disagree more with those descriptions. Close your eyes on the ride into the neighborhood no matter which route you choose. The surrounding area is highly questionable and doesn't appear to be very safe. The developer has dropped a nice subdivision of homes/apartments into a very undesirable area. There was significant number of abandoned houses/cars, homeless people/drug zombies walking the streets, and obvious drug activity in the blocks surrounding this home. I grew tired of answering questions from my kids about some of the "activities" they were witnessing when we would come and go. Late night noise (after midnight) was also an issue from the street in front of the property.
I was actually able to view the property a few days in advance of our check in date and immediately voiced my concerns with Vacasa and inquired about a possible cancelation. I didn't receive a response until more than 24 hours later when I sent a follow-up message. I understand the cancelation policy, but I had hoped they could offer some sort of concession given the fact description of the neighborhood is very inaccurate. They offered nothing other than a reference to the policy.
Again, the house itself was very nice and met/exceeded our expectations. It's a shame that it is located in such an undesirable area. It is highly unlikely I would choose this home again for a future stay.
