We rent both listings if you have a larger group, please inquire.

The house has 3 full bathrooms. The outside of the house includes a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the outside air.

Met our needs well. Had 10 of us. Slept 10, with a couple of air mattresses. Close to the track. 3 bathrooms worked well. Parking was good.

There were 7 family members who stayed in this house for 6 days. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms fit our needs. On arrival, the interior was very clean and tidy, appliances were modern and it was easy to access the secured apartment. Although we were a little short on eating utensils, bath linens, and a twin bed Hunter was great about getting us what we needed in short order. Much appreciated. If we need to accommodate 7 people (or more) again, we would definetly rent this home again. Based on the cleanliness, accessibility, responsiveness and size of this property, I would give a 5 rating.

Location is a few minutes from downtown, easy access to freeway , price is reasonable for 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Kitchen with washer and dryer. Clean, comfortable bed and bathroom, free car parking. We didn’t feel secure enough with the neighborhood. We were there only at nights to sleep. Quick response from the manager and team. They fixed the entrance lock right away.
