Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home Less than 5 minutes walking from The Indianapolis Children's Museum!!! only 0.2 miles. Also the house is located minutes from Downtown and Broad Ripple and a short drive over to the Indiana State Fairgrounds. This is the lower level of a duplex style home. We rent both listings if you have a larger group, please inquire.

The Space:
Enter this downtstairs home through the easy code lock door and walk into the beautiful living room with a comfy sofa. You can also enjoy a full kitchen with everything needed to cook a great family meal. Sleep comfortably with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have queen beds and 1 of which has 2 queens. The house has 3 full bathrooms. The outside of the house includes a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the outside air.

Uber, walking, bicycle, metro, bus

This house is a duplex. You are renting the lower section of the house.

Very nice roomy lots of bathrooms

There were 7 family members who stayed in this house for 6 days. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms fit our needs. On arrival, the interior was very clean and tidy, appliances were modern and it was easy to access the secured apartment. Although we were a little short on eating utensils, bath linens, and a twin bed Hunter was great about getting us what we needed in short order. Much appreciated. If we need to accommodate 7 people (or more) again, we would definetly rent this home again. Based on the cleanliness, accessibility, responsiveness and size of this property, I would give a 5 rating.

Location is a few minutes from downtown, easy access to freeway , price is reasonable for 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Kitchen with washer and dryer. Clean, comfortable bed and bathroom, free car parking. We didn’t feel secure enough with the neighborhood. We were there only at nights to sleep. Quick response from the manager and team. They fixed the entrance lock right away.

Checkin was easy rules stated clearly location was good although neighborhood just a little sketch. Communication with property was excellent and response was good to request. We had unfortunate guest in the form of bugs when arrived and smell that was not appealing. When presented to property management they did send out someone to address things.

Me and coworkers stayed at this place for 3 weeks for work the location was perfect since we were working in downtown Indy its only a few minute drive. The place was perfect for us with 4 bedrooms three bathrooms and a nice kitchen with a washer and dryer i would stay there again.

The communication with the property manager was poor. Phone calls were not answered or returned. Text messages were also not returned. VRBO messages were returned delayed. The air quality in the home was terrible and all members of our family were impacted. In the second day we purchased an air purifier and that helped. The following day they provided two more air purifiers which greatly helped.

The house was less than 10 minutes from all of our downtown activities and a very easy commute. Well maintained and comfortable for the 4 of us and nice to have 3 bathrooms!

The best parts of our stay are 1)that we took in the Zoo and the baseball game with fireworks , all close by. 2) there were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfect for our stay of 7 family members. 3) great communication with the people in charge.

We stayed at this property for a guys trip (6 adults) to Indy race week. Worked well for that.

When we stayed the first 10 days, we found small roaches in the kitchen you had someone come out and spray, and then we found one large one and a dead one. I’m not for sure if they’re coming from upstairs or across the street but I would have someone spray outside the house as well, other than that, I had a really great day. I appreciate all the accommodations you made for me and my family during this transition.
