About this apartment rental
Belvedere di Giulia, is a large country property with a private garden and parking space. From the fenced garden, you enter the house by a few steps.
The main door opens onto a large living room in perfect rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and exposed rafters.
The living room has a dining area with chairs and table and a sitting area, with sofa, pouf and coffee table, right in front of the fireplace.
At the beginning of the living room on the left is the first bathroom, with ante-bathroom and sink and separate, toilet and bidet. On the right instead you will find the laundry room, with washing machine , iron and everything you need.
Also from the central living room you enter the large kitchen, reached by a few steps, which directly overlooks the garden through a French window. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: tables, chairs, dishes, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven and espresso machine.
The garden is equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue-everything you will need to enjoy the summer evenings.
As you re-enter the house, at the end of the living room on the right you will find a second full bathroom with shower.
On the left, a small hallway leads to the two double bedrooms.
One of the two rooms has the option of converting the double bed into two single beds.
It is possible to accommodate a fifth person, either in the ottoman that can become a single bed or in the living room sofa, which becomes a bed.
The property is completed with a beautiful swimming pool from which you can admire the characteristic towers of San Gimignano while enjoying a refreshing bath. The pool is condominium but each property has its own private space with sunbeds, deck chairs and umbrella.

We were absolutely in love with the villa! It was spotless, great views of San Gimignano and the most beautiful and peaceful garden off our kitchen. Every morning we would meet in the garden for coffee. We cooked dinner some nights as well. It was the perfect location to do day trips to the surrounding towns. Would definitely stay there again!! The communication with the property manager was awesome!!!
