About this villa rental
Casa Estiva has it all for your family holiday or work from home retreat - location, views, luxurious spaces and child friendly features. Located in the beautiful beach resort of Camps Bay, Cape Town. It is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa, only 30 seconds walk from pristine beaches and top end restaurants. It comes with uncapped fibre/wifi, multiple entertainment terraces, garden, a gorgeous fenced pool and 360 view of mountains and ocean. We even have a full solar power system for load shedding.
Contemporary, open plan living at its finest. Amazing mountain and ocean views. Fully wifi enabled and uncapped fibre, full package Satellite TV, 24 hour security monitoring, child safety gates at the top and bottom of each staircase. All four bedrooms very large and two are ensuite. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, two bedrooms have double beds and the 4th bedroom has twin beds that can be joined together to make another double bed. Wonderful pool, weber bbq, pizza oven and garage parking. All personally managed by Eric and Susan, who have been Superhosts for over ten consecutive years, to give you a more dedicated service, 24-7.
Uncapped, unshaped, fibre Internet and wifi, satellite tv. Maid cleaning included (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays ONLY, excluding public holidays). Full solar, inverter/battery back up power to beat Load Shedding. Susan and Eric are at your disposal and can arrange deliveries of food and beverages, tours, airport transfers, etc.
We are at your disposal 24-7. Susan and Eric have been successfully managing property in Camps Bay for over ten years, and will welcome you upon arrival. We will spend time showing you around the villa and give you a run through of how things work. We only live 7 minutes away and we will be on hand to offer advice and recommendations on all the wonderful things to do and see in the Western Cape, including restaurants and vineyards which are our passion. And with two children of our own, we know many child friendly places to dine at and hang out in.
