You will feel like you are in your own space and not like a guest in someone else's... with all closets, built ins and cupboards at your disposal. Apple TV and free high speed wireless internet Wi-Fi (wifi) and ethernet included.
The fantastic location is so central that there is little, if any, need for a car, but free street parking is plentiful with no restrictions except for street cleaning a few hours, twice per week. The only outdoor space that is shared with guests from the guesthouse property is the courtyard behind the house, which is used by guesthouse guests as their own private access to their apartment from their own gated entry from the street. Otherwise, all other outdoor spaces are yours alone, including front patio, side of the house and zen garden. **There is potential for traffic noise from one side of the property, otherwise quiet and peaceful. It is convenient to Hollywood, the Valley and the west side. And the beach is only 20 mins away. It is a beautiful, residential area that is right in the heart of the city near Paramount Studios, fabulous boutiques and shops, restaurants like Mozza, Providence, Cafe Gratitude, coffee shops, clubs, bars, yoga studios, gyms, tourist attractions, hiking... you name it.
