This is a perfect beach house for a family or group of friends, 10 or less. Almost new, spacious, has everything you need. Just a short walk over the dune to the beach and walking distance to the Rodanthe Pier. Vacasa was great to work with and made the entire process extremely easy. We will definitely be back!

I would 10/10 stay here again because the location was so good and house was perfect for our extended family. It was big and clean and spacious with many rooms and bathrooms, big porches, steps from a great little private beach.
It was difficult dealing with Vacasa. It seemed nobody had any connection to the home or local area - very corporatized. For example we asked if there was beach access out front of the house and were told no when to our pleasant surprise there was great private beach access. There were road closures due to Hurricane Ernesto on the day of our arrival and nobody could help us understand if we were able to reach the home or not. Check in was later than standard at 5pm which is tough in general when driving from out of state - we went grocery shopping and showed up at 515 and the house wasn’t ready for another hour and nobody called to tell us there was a delay. Thankfully the housekeepers let us put the groceries away. The instructions said to sweep the floors before checkout but there was no broom so I advised there was no broom and they dropped one off days later and hours before we were due to check out. It also took 5 phone calls to understand no guest passes were required for the community pool, when that should be easy information to provide to guests.
In short the house was wonderful and I would stay here again but Vacasa was frustrating to work with.
