The dry entry leads you into the entryway where you find a convenient refrigerator for easy access to beach snacks and drinks. Step up to the second level of the home where you can choose from three bedrooms each with sliders to the soundfront deck - a king master bedroom with private bath and a queen bedroom that shares a bath with a bedroom with two singles. A hall bath and another bedroom with a queen bed complete the second level. From the wide open third level dining room and great room with cathedral ceilings, enjoy comfortable furnishings and amazing sound views. A powder room is also on this level. The property was very nice and generally well equipped. They could use better pots and pans (especially pans). It was a bit of an inconvenience to have to bring our own sheets and towels. However, the location was great and we enjoyed the large open space on the top floor with its tremendous views.

The house was in a good location. We loved having a private beach in the back yard. We enjoyed the having breakfast in the dining room, which overlooked the sound. And watching the sunset from the deck was awesome.
Biggest complaint is about the cleanliness of the house. We found a dirty underwear in one of the beds under the comforter. My wife was very untrusting about the cleanliness of the house. What added to that was we saw very large roaches on more than one occasion. It's not surprising that a house so close to the water and nature will have insects, but you don't expect to see cockroaches, especially ones that large.
