This three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed, a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and a private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, king size bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in the bonus room and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Location was perfect, the beach wasn’t busy and it was really peaceful. The condo was really clean and super cute. Management was really quick to respond with any questions that we had. We will be back.

Lacked a few kitchen items, and could use a good cleaning. Drapes were dirty, some bed pillows had stains. Loved the roomy bedrooms and bathrooms.

The unit was beautifully decorated. However, when getting ready for bed the first night. The guest bedrooms shower had hair on the wall. The bed had store recipes from Shell Island under the blankets, along with sand in the bed, from the previous people who stayed there. It was much to late at night to ask anyone to come up with clean sheets. So we found an additional clean pair and changed them ourselves. Obviously they didn't clean the unit. The pool was closed for everything under the sun, a storm in the distance and super sunny for hours. Still closed. The people in the next unit had a speaker loud on the balcony until 1am. There's nothing they can do for that. Just seemed to hang
