Big Beach. Big Condo. Big Savings.

A perfect end unit with a spectacular view! We were a party of 9! Five of those were 17/18. They had a blast all week and no complaints from them! The unit met all our needs! The only downfalls were a small, tight fit bunk room, and the small side patio. The birds have taken over the porch and it made it unusable for early morning coffee or evening wine down. Finally there does appear to be a gym but not accessible by visitors.

Very nice place. Beach was never too busy and close. Large heated pool and 2 hot tubs were very nice and clean. Location was excellent area was not too busy, close to Walmart, Pineapple Willie’s, Wonderworks and Ripley’s Believe it or Not. Definitely would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for my family of 11. Plenty of space to get together. Beds were comfortable. The balcony is large and not overcrowded with outdoor furniture. We loved it! I would stay here again.

The condo was nicely decorated, although lacking in basic amenities such as adequate cooking essentials, beach towels, soap to wash your hands etc. The pool was supposed to be heated and it was not. After speaking with guests that had been there for the month of December, they had said that the heater had been broken for weeks and you received a different explanation of what the reason was from the “security guards”. Only one hot tub really worked while we were there and it also has issues with not having enough water in it by the end of the day and no one in maintenance was around to correct any of the issues. Although it is nice to have “Security” they nitpick every single thing you do while at this property. It felt like we were sent to a boarding school with the long list of RULES. If your hope is to come and relax in the hot tub with a few drinks (even just water) and to let your kids play in the pool I would highly recommend going somewhere else. We did however meet a lot of very nice people and LOVE the beach, we just will not be coming back to this location unless the “security” (which felt more like prison wardens) eases up ALOT! I understand being more strict during peak seasons but we come during the “off” season to be able to relax in warmer weather than back home and to have a good time. We LOVE PCB and chose this location because of the 4 bedrooms, heated pool and the 2 hot tubs yet the pool wasn’t heated and only 1 hot tub was working properly
