Location, location location. Unbeatable location with this 2nd floor property at the Boardwalk Beach Resort. Offering plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths this condo is perfectly equipped to sleep up to 9 guests.
The open layout is perfect for a beach getaway featuring gulf views in the living/dining room, master bedroom and breathtaking views on the private balcony. The gulf front master bedroom has plenty of space even with the KING size bed. Enjoy the convenience and solitude of an attached private bathroom with a walk in shower, separate large tub and walk in closet! The 2nd bedroom offers a QUEEN size bed, closet for storage and access to the 2nd bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a TWIN OVER FULL bunkbed. All 3 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat screen TV's. For the common space you have an open living/dining and kitchen. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook during your stay. The dining area has a dining table and bar seating for extra space. This condo does have a full size washer and dryer.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.
RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Boardwalk and we could not have asked for a better place for our vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hostess was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. You can tell they truly care about their guests having a great experience.The location was perfect. Being directly on the beach made the trip even more special. Waking up every morning to the beautiful white sand and emerald water was absolutely breathtaking. The ocean view from the condo was incredible, and the sunsets each evening were even better. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what our family needed.The pool and splash pad were a huge hit with the kids and gave us even more to enjoy without leaving the property. All of the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming, and even the other guests were very kind which made the atmosphere feel comfortable and family friendly.This was honestly one of the best family vacations we have had. We made memories we will never forget and would absolutely stay here again. I would 100% recommend the Boardwalk to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront place to stay.

The view was fabulous! Sunsets each night from our balcony. A little loud during the day with small children swimming but very quiet at night. LR furniture could be more comfortable and lighting was at a premium at night. Only one lamp. Third bedroom was very small and clostraphobic. Expected a larger room. Kitchen has almost everything for cooking. Just missing a toaster and dish cloths and towels. Away from spring breakers yet close to a lot of restaurants. Very much enjoyed our stay

Floor was dirty, housekeeping did not do a good goob preparing the condo. Had issue with a/c freezing up. Maintenance did get it taken care of in a timely manner. Only had 9 towels for 8 guest. Did like the option for early check in and late check out. The second bedroom bed was uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay, nice beach, pool and amenities.
