Large house ( 220 m2 ) in the countryside, 8 Klms from the sea, neo-Provençal style, located on the hillside, on the edge of vineyards and pine forest. Cool in summer (insulation redone).
Quiet place, without terrace, terrace in the sun or shaded, Breathtaking view of the Bandolais vineyards. Easy parking .
Boules court. Tennis court at 1Klm. Equestrian center. Paul Ricard motor racing circuit. Aqualand in Saint Cyr-Les Lecques. Paragliding club in La Cadière .
Le Castellet: Medieval village with shops, bars and restaurants all shops at 2 Klms ( in Beausset ) : Market on Friday mornings .

A gas beard is available .

PROHIBITIONS:
