The outdoor space features a private garden with ornamental plants and palm trees extending on three sides of the property. The verandah has an outside dining area with chairs and a table, perfect for al fresco meals. The courtyard includes a shower cubicle and washing machine. The beautiful living room is accessible from the front gardens and features a double sofa bed and TV. The kitchen, accessible from the veranda, has a fridge, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A corridor leads to two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single bunk beds. Both bedrooms are open to the lush gardens. All rooms, except the bathroom, have independent access, and the living room and both the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Located in a vibrant area close to restaurants, clubs, popular evening promenades and the beach, this house is an ideal choice for a seaside getaway.
