About this house rental
Dalia House is a lovely holiday home for 6 guests in Torre dell`Orso, 500 meters away from the beach and the city centre. The holiday home is basic but cozy, on the ground floor, equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, outdoor shower. Pets are allowed.

holiday home is independent, introduced by a large paved and shaded
yeard where it is possible to park two cars. The rooms are basic but
cozy and well-equipped and consist of a main unit and the outbuilding at
the back.
The living area consists of a dining room with open kitchen and access to the garden at the back with outdoor dining area, sink and shower. The sleeping area consists of a corridor with air conditioning, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with bunk bed and a full bathroom.
At the back, in the garde, there is the outbuilding which consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The surroundings of Dalia House by the sea in Melendugno
Dalia
House is in the city centre of Torre dell`Orso, beautiful seaside
location near Melendugno, on the Adriatic coast. There are the main
tourist services. The seafront promenade is 200 meters away, while the
famous Two Sisters beach is 500 meters away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning is in the hallway of the sleeping area.
- One of the bedroom with ensuite bathroom is in the annex, separated from the main unit.
