About this villa rental
Villa for rent in Torre dell’Orso, a seaside resort repeatedly awarded the Blue Flag of Europe. The house is recent and has been furnished with care and detail, making it the perfect solution to spend a peaceful relaxing holiday near one of the most beautiful beaches of Salento.
No security deposit is required!
The prices include cleaning and the consumption of water, gas and electricity!
Bed linen and towels on request: 12 euros per person.
The house is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from the center and about 800 meters from the sandy beach of Torre dell'Orso, it is adjacent to other terraced houses, and is located on the ground floor, arranged on one level .
It consists of a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms (one double and one with two joinable flat beds) and bathroom with shower.
Externally it has a garden both on the front of the house and on the back, both of relevance and therefore for the exclusive use of guests. The front garden is large enough to allow up to 2 cars to park; the rear one is partly paved, partly cultivated with English lawn and tall trees, and partly covered by a beautiful wooden porch furnished with outdoor furniture for eating out.
The equipment of the villa in Torre dell'Orso are: air conditioning, 2 TVs (1 LED), DVD player, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, barbecue, ping-pong table, fridge, oven, pots and pans, as well as everything you need to tidy up your vacation home. The beds are 5 (also 6 with the sofa).
Minimarket, bar, tobacconist, restaurant, rotisserie, artisan ice cream shops, cafeteria, weekly market, 18-hole mini golf, football and beach volleyball pitches, games room and children's playground are also easily accessible on foot.
The sandy beach is both free and equipped with the possibility of renting umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs and pedal boats. The bathing establishments located along the sandy beach of Torre dell’Orso are well equipped with a garage, bar kiosk, cafeteria and tobacconist's.

Lovely stay with a beautiful garden and facilities. Hosts were very welcoming and accesible for any issues. Well situated for travelling around but be aware of proximity to resorts as it can be busy.

This villa is located well for access to some incredible beaches, although we found it a little far to walk and so paid €5 to park closer to the beach. The owners of the villa were welcoming and helpful, pointing us towards a great snorkelling beach for our son (San Foca).
The villa itself was clean and the outside space really make it stand out. The huge outside space well outweighs the smaller internal space and provided a comfortable space for us to relax. The kitchen was small and dated, but met expectations. The only downside to this villa was the fact there is only 1 AC unit (located in the front room) which meant we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open, not ideal with teenagers! It was also occasionally noisy from Next door and above, especially early in the morning.
Was this villa worth €1.4k for a week (plus linen and tax which was an extra charge)? Probably not, but we were able to overcome that with the beauty of the local area which we were able to explore in great lengths.

ottima collocazione lontano dal caos e vicino al centro x passeggiate serali. casa pulita e comodissima con bellissimo giardino arredato sul retro e posti auto sul fronte. gentilezza e disponibilità massima dei proprietari. la consigliamo a tutti!!!!
