Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat with a serene river view!
Unwind with a game of foosball or lounge on the large comfortable couch to soak in the view. Just minutes from Downtown Nashville, enjoy world-class music, dining, and cultural attractions. Your getaway awaits!
Step into our inviting haven where comfort meets modern living. The lower level boasts a vibrant game room featuring a versatile futon couch, perfect for relaxing or extra sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent laundry room offer convenience at your fingertips. Entertain or unwind in the spacious living room, and a convenient half bathroom completes this level.
Ascending to the upper floor, you'll discover a thoughtfully designed layout. The master bedroom (BR1) presents a luxurious queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a rejuvenating walk-in shower and a lavish soaking tub. A generous walk-in closet ensures your belongings are neatly organized.
Two additional bedrooms offer ample sleeping options. BR2 features two single beds and a double closet, while BR3 provides a restful queen bed and a spacious double closet for your belongings.
Guest will receive a code, unique to their reservation, to access the smart locks on either entrance.
We are Nashville locals! We will leave you to it, but we are always just a call or message away.
Our home has driveway space for 2 cars! We share a driveway with our wonderful neighbor. Please do not park more than 2 cars & do not block their side please :)
No parties or events allowed. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund and authorities contacted in the event of an unauthorized party.
No smoking allowed. (Smoking inside will result in a $300 add'l cleaning fee, cigarette trash pick up will result in a $50 add'l cleaning fee)
No pets allowed.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew. No outdoor music after 8pm and please keep noise inside to a respectable level.
Please respect check-in and check-out times. The cleaning team is scheduled to arrive shortly after your check out time.
A late fee of $50/30min after designated check out time will be charged for any late check out not previously discussed and approved.
Please take care of the furnishings. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please load the dishwasher with any dishes used.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guest must provide their address/location (per a state issued ID) on their profile. Host to verify by requesting guests ID, as needed.
No local reservations allowed (guest must reside > 50 miles from Nashville).
