It was a good location, parking was enough but a little tight, smaller cars would be fine. We were without hot water for half the stay by they were responsive and got people out right away.

Spacious property with plenty of room, but needs TLC (beat up walls, bedroom doors don’t latch shut and not very clean). Given just one towel per person, and the towels are very worn. No hand towels or washcloths provided. Outdoor furniture is beat up and there is minimal privacy on the deck. Took several days to get a response about amenities. Minimal dishes provided to cook with and just four coffee mugs. Not what you would expect for a place that is designed to sleep 20 people.

. The house itself was nice and clean, but the presence of huge spider webs in the garage and marked up walls were a bit off-putting. I was disappointed with the unresponsiveness of the rental company when I tried to address these issues and request a late check out.
On a positive note, the proximity to downtown was great and being able to see all of the fireworks was a definite bonus. However, the neighborhood itself didn't feel very safe and the outdoor furniture was in poor condition.
In the end, I would say that my stay was just okay. There were some positives and negatives, but overall it was an average experience. I would recommend this place for its location, but be aware of some potential drawbacks.
