The Vacation Apartments—Favorite Spot No. 1 and No. 2
The vacation home underwent a complete renovation in 2015/16!
Starting in late 2022, a solar system will save even more energy for hot water.
The well-thought-out floor plans make the living spaces feel very spacious.
We’ve used high-quality materials throughout the entire house.
So everything is brand new! State-of-the-art technology!
In 2022, with sustainability in mind, we retrofitted the house with a high-quality solar power system. We dry our laundry in our gardens, where it’s bathed in fresh Baltic Sea air. That’s why it has that special fresh scent!
Our large, fenced-in garden spans approximately 1,200 square meters and features lovely, cozy seating areas. Feel free to use any of these areas, and if the grapes are ripe during your stay, you’re welcome to eat your fill or enjoy breakfast in the vine arbor.
A barbecue area, 4 lounge chairs, a beach chair, and this cozy vine arbor.
Unique plants and beautiful flowers bloom and grow everywhere.
Naturally—sustainable, just like the weeds, unfortunately.

Apartment Favorite Spot No. 2, with its 45 square meters, two rooms, and a shower room, is located on the first floor.
Here, you won’t be disturbed, and you’ll have your own little kingdom to yourself.
The living area features a dining table and cozy armchairs. Satellite TV.
Living, dining, and cooking without any disruptive partition walls.
Plenty of dishes and glasses, as well as various kitchen utensils, are available.
The kitchenette features an oven, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
The separate beverage refrigerator keeps drinks cool even on the hottest days.
The rooftop terrace with a view of the Schlei is an absolute highlight!
The “Lieblingsplatz No. 2” apartment, with its 45 square meters, two rooms, and a shower room, is located on the first floor.

The late-evening atmosphere, with the sunset and a cool drink, is hard to beat.
Bed linens and the large towel package can be booked for 20.00 per person.
Then the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels and dish towels will be
ready for you—all without any stress, just as you wish.
We require a security deposit of 200, which must be transferred at least 8 days before arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded up to 8 days after your departure.
For stays of less than 7 days, a short-stay surcharge of 35,-
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
