This modern vacation home is located in a quiet area in the Kopperby district, near the Schlei. The vacation home features an open-concept living area with a cozy dining area and a modern built-in kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and more. On the first floor, there is one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are two additional separate bedrooms and a restroom. The center of Kappeln, with its pedestrian zone in the historic town center, is 2 km away, and the nearest shopping area is just 1,000 m away. Baltic Sea beaches, which are exempt from tourist tax, can be reached in ten minutes by car. Additional amenities—including a washing machine, satellite TV, a crib, a high chair, and access to the garden and terrace with a grill, a swing, and the house’s bicycles—ensure a relaxing vacation. A rowboat and fishing boat are available for a fee by arrangement. Sauna available by arrangement and for an additional fee at our house at Espenisstraße 4.

The modernly furnished Nurdach vacation home is quietly located near the Schlei in the Kopperby district of Kappeln and offers our guests 80 m² of living space. On the first floor, the space consists of an open-concept living and dining area with a built-in kitchen, a small bedroom with two beds, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The upper floor features two bedrooms, each with two beds, a toilet, and a balcony. Wi-Fi is available.

Bicycles, rowboats, and fishing boats owned by the property are available upon request for a fee; the sauna in the main building at Espenisstraße 4 is available by arrangement and for an additional charge.
