The garden was redesigned in 2022 with trees and lawns. It is completely enclosed by a fence and several gates.
Two sunny terraces—one facing west and one facing east—invite you to relax.
You can start your day while enjoying breakfast under the shade of the large freestanding umbrella.
In the afternoon until late evening, the second west-facing terrace is the perfect spot for a sundowner. From here, you have a view of the Schlei. The electric awning protects you from the harsh sun.
An underground rainwater cistern with an electric pump waters the plants during dry summers.
Your bicycles are safely stored in the covered bike rack.
The garage can be used for a fee of €15.00 per day, payable on site after consultation with the landlord.
