About this apartment rental
Welcome to our newly renovated beachfront apartment in Alicante.
This spacious and cosy home offers full view of the sea and quick access to the beach. Enjoy waking up with the view of the sun rising out of the beautiful blue water every morning, eating your breakfast with wonderful sea views directly from your living room or even better, the terrace.
The proximity to the beach makes this apartment a perfect retreat for beach lovers and sun worshippers. Within a mere 4 walking minutes, you can reach the water and take a relaxing stroll on the beach or go for a refreshing swim. In the afternoon bring a towel out for a relaxing tanning session on the beach or on our spacious terrace.
In addition, it is conveniently close to the lively city centre of Alicante (3,5 km), 15 minutes with public transport having both a bus and a tram stop (4-minute walk) close to the apartment. Here you can explore the famous Explanada, the castle, the charming city center, visit local shops and discover the variety of restaurants and cafés serving delicious Mediterranean cuisine.
Inside the apartment itself, you'll find a spacious and cosy ambience, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. With modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, our apartment is the ideal base for your holiday in Alicante.
We welcome couples, families or friends, with both bedrooms offering sea view. Additional amenities include a bathroom, a spacious kitchen, a living room surrounded by big windows to allow for light to illuminate the room, airconditioning, as well as a washing machine.
To reach the beach you can cross a small road to the building across, where with the key badge, you will be able to access the elevator that will bring you down to the beachfront (it is important to note that the apartment does have an elevator, but this stops at Ground Floor and doesn't go down to -1, where the crossing to the opposite street is. For wheelchair users you need to go down to the Ground Floor and exit the normal way, then go around the apartment building and then you will be able to access the front building with the elevator to the beach).
At the beach you will have your choice of several cozy beaches, seafront restaurants and bars.
In case you do not want to move further away from the apartment for your meals, you will have several restaurant choices along the sea within a few minutes’ walk.
The apartment is close to a busy street therefore the noise from cars passing by will be notable during rush hour. Smoking and pets are not allowed within the appartment. Hosting parties is not allowed inside the apartment.
Regarding public transport from Alicante airport to the apartment, you've got the option of using the Bus C6 which will take you to Alicante Train station and then either take the Bus 6 till the Luceros Tram Line or you could walk there (8 minutes walk). From the Luceros Tram line you could take any of the tram lines, 1, 3 or 4 which would take you to the Tram Stop "La Isleta", from there you have a mere 5 minute walk to the apartment.
The average transit time with public transport to the apartment from the airport is a little over an hour, 25 minutes by taxi/car.
If you arrive at the airport after 10:30 pm you will need to take a taxi, as the public transport will be closed and won't start again until 05:40 am. Should you have any concerns about the apartment, getting to the apartment, what do in Alicante, anything else feel free to reach out to me.

The view is unforgettable and the amazing sea breeze during the very hot summer was wonderful. The apartment has all you need for a week's holiday. The amenities in the local area are great. We loved that it was peaceful apart from the busy traffic on the main road at rush hour times but apart from that, a peaceful place with great access to the tram, local bars mini supermarkets and good cafes/restaurants and the beach! A 20 minute walk gets you to a big supermarket and lots of other amenities. The locals are all really friendly and helpful too, which added to the lovely holiday. The coast line is wonderful to explore on foot or tram and easy to get to Alicante. We hope to return!
