Second master bedroom has a queen bed with two closets and attached bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Third bedroom is bunk room with two closets and desk. Basement finished with a queen bedroom and living room with pullout full bed, adjacent from a wet bar and ping-pong table room. Big private back deck and patio with two patio tables, fire pit and gas grill for outdoor entertaining. Walk out to a spacious backyard with kids playground and a coop full of hens. Gather your own eggs each morning or admire them from afar. Drive-through garage with two spacious driveways.
One block from Blue Star Hwy: take it south 5 minutes to Saugatuck Dune Rides, Dairy Dayz ice cream, Ravines Golf Club, and downtown Saugatuck for upscale dining overlooking Kalamazoo River. Take Blue Star Highway 5 minutes north to South Holland for Family Fare grocery store, Captain Sunday ice cream, numerous fast food restaurants and upscale dining and shopping in Downtown Holland near the waters of Lake Macatawa.

My family, parents, and brother + wife stayed here for the long Labor Day weekend in order to attend a family member's wedding. We decided to make a mini vacation of our time in the area and chose to stay here over a hotel. We are SO glad we did. This house was extremely comfortable and far surpassed our expectations. The decor is lovely and the setting is beautiful. I sincerely want to commend the detail of comfortable bedding. Quality bedding, pillows and mattress *chef's kiss*. Not everyone considers this detail and it is so often overlooked. The property was amazing, and so close to downtown and the beach. Literally less than 10 minutes from everything. My daughters had a wonderful time talking to chickens and snuggling the extremely friendly barn cats. We were also able to have a few family members over and hang outside on the deck/patio so comfortably. Core memories were made and we were all a bit sad to leave once the weekend was over. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back again for another stay.

Our group really enjoyed this home and property! There's enough to do at the home that we enjoyed just hanging out there! However, it was also a great base for visiting the area - we went to Saugatuck and Holland State Park. The beds were comfortable! Would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful home, loved staying here and the rural location was perfection. Super clean, easy check in & out process. Communication was great, Caitlin is super sweet and didn’t need her for much but anytime I messaged she got back to me right away. Thanks so much one of my favorite vrbo’s by far!!

Nice spacious home in good location with very comfortable beds. Listing included a hot tub, but there was not one. Kitchen could have been cleaned better, the appliance were dirty. I’m giving this place a 3 but it has potential to be a 5.
