About this apartment rental
Waikiki fully furnished one bedroom condo located on the 128h floor of the popular 'Waikiki Banyan Hotel'. The condo has a full kitchen and a lanai with partial ocean and Diamond Head views. There is Free wifi, flatscreen cable tv, ac, local call phone, and garage parking. The hotel has a large amenity area with pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, gym, and convenience store and laundry facility.
ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting April 7th, 2025 there will be complete renovation and closure of the 6th floor rec deck. This will include pool, jacuzzies, BBQ's, playground, and all lounge areas. There will be noisy work occurring Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm. The 6th floor restrooms and sauna will remain open for majority of the project, but access will be limited. This project is expected to last 12-14 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced.

The room was everything that we needed. The Beach and a ton of attractions are within walking distance.The only items that were not 100% perfect, were the bathroom door, which falls off the track. Once we figured out it still worked, I stopped trying to put it back on the track and we only closed it when we absolutely need to.We really enjoyed using the cooler that is in the closet to the right when you first walk in. Unfortunately the zipper is not attached to the lid, but with the ice trays for making ice, we were able to use the cooler to enjoy ice cold drinks on the beach for hours. Be mindful of the ice melting and spilling a little when coming back from the beach, but honestly, it was refreshing when a little spilled on me walking back to the room.I am 6'3" so the sofa bed was not going to work with the frame. We were able to place the mattress on the floor and get really good sleep.

The space was great for what we needed. The beds were comfortable although the pullout couch was difficult to pull out and put away. Also, the bathroom door kept falling off the rail but we didn't care much. The kitchen is well stocked and having the beach chairs was great. Although i thought the ad said umbrella too. We just made due without. Proximity to beach and the main strip was super close. Overall, everything was great and would def come back again.

This is a great location with everything either within walking or bus ride distance.The property had sparkling clean kitchen, linen and towels. The only let down was the carpet being a bit tired and marked and the bath also a bit tired otherwise would be 5 stars
