The property is well maintained, very comfortable. Good location, within walking distance to shops to get your groceries and other essentials. Close to the beach. Nice view, can see the ocean as well a little bit of Diamond Head. Tom, the host, is extremely responsive. He replies to messages quickly.

Our familys first trip to Hawaii was a great success, starting with our stay in Waikiki. It is not a 4 star resort but then again your not paying that rate either. We knew we were planning on being on the go in Oahu so we didnt care about amenities. It was a great home base and we fit 5 people. I would not suggest that unless they are little kids. The condo was very clean and had everything you would need. I had asked Tom if he thought we could fit 5 and he said it would be tight but it had been done before. He later sent me a message telling me if I wanted him to do it, he would have a futon brought over from one of his other properties. I told him that would be great but when we got there it wasnt there. I called and within 30 minutes it was delivered. And that was a Friday night at 9:00. He messaged me the next day to apologize that it wasnt there when we arrived. Great customer service along with a great place. Thanks again Tom & Lana
