Building Maintenance Notice: The building will be conducting sewer drain cleaning and maintenance from October 26 through November 10, 2026, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This work is not expected to directly affect our unit; however, guests may occasionally hear intermittent generator noise during the project.

This one bedroom condo has a full kitchen, large bathroom, high speed WiFi, and LCD television.

The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a comfortable king bed in the private bedroom, and a full sofa sleeper in the living room.

-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Everything was clean and as described! Loved the location, the pool and ease of this property. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, if a bit sparse. Look forward to our next stay!

I love to cook, so most of all I appreciated the high quality cookware (like new). A baking sheet/lasagna pan wouldve been nice. There were lots of dishes and towels so we didn't have to spend all our vacay time cleaning up.

Good size apartment, close to the beach but needs lots of upgrades. Old fridge and very old furniture.
