The entire house is newly renovated and beautifully furnished (The basement is not included). Convenient, Comfortable, Luxury, Modern & Stylish House. Ten Minutes Drive from the Pearson International Airport Toronto. Walking Distance to Westwood Mall, Malton Rec Center, Freshco Groceries, Tim Hortons, and Restaurants. My Place is Good for Couples, Business Travelers, and Families (with kids). There are 2 or 3 parking spots on the property (no trucks, commercial, LTV, or Rec. Vehicles). Pets are not allowed. It comes with 3 Bedrooms and one washroom.

This was the perfect location for our stay! We were in town to see Taylor Swift and the location was perfect for public transit and took no time to get into Toronto. Everything was very clean and nice. Host was very communicative and very hospitable!

Over all a good experience, we had everything that we needed, the property was clean and we were close to what we needed. There were some renovation downstairs from 9 am to 8 pm and we woul've like to be advise in advance but I am sure that this wont last too long. We still recommend it !

Pros - Close to airport, close to strip mall with great food! Host responsive, easy check in
Cons - This space isn't your own, no second exit, the door has "keep out". This door locks from the opposite side of your space. Very tiny front step is your outdoor space, when we visited they were having what appeared to be family photos up on said tiny front step. The listing mrntions ac, is locked up. You must request by message to ask for it to be turned up, I was told to use the fans as the people in the downstairs unit (basement) were cold. It was eventually tirned down. There were cigarette burns in the rug and a stale cigarette smell so if cigarettes and sent bother you, this isn't the place for you.
