It's a newly renovated home with more than 2500sqft, guests have access to the whole main floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs, basement is excluded.

Clean, spacious and nice place as seen in pictures. Well equipped kitchen, and toileteries in the bath. Despite being on a busy street, it was peaceful. Bianca was a good host, with prompt help. My only complaint are ghe mattresses. Very uncomfortable and badly need a change, especially in the master bedroom.

Way too much perfume in the house.
Lots of missing utensils.
No patio furniture.
Poor exterior maintenance. Missing screen door. Patio falling apart. Awning missing.
Water leak in dining room.
Lawn overgrown.
