The property was well cared for, large and accommodating for our family travelling for a university graduation. Coordination was easy and prompt. A great stay!

This is a wonderful property and has lots of space. It is located in Brampton quite close to the 407ETR, so travel is easy. The first thing that we noticed when we walked in was how clean the house was. There were plenty of sheets and towels and appropriate dishes, pots and pans. There is a dishwasher, but no dishwasher soap was provided, so if you are planning to cook a lot, I would suggest bringing some with you. There is dish soap provided, so I chose to hand wash the dishes that we used. The office area is on the first floor and the couch does become a bed. That area is two floors away from the other bedrooms and has access to the front and back door, so not ideal for a child, but usable for a teen or adult. My only issue came with communication, or lack there of. On the day of arrival we received a detailed message with instructions and rules and that was great. I heard nothing else at all from the host other than a short response to a question that I asked quite a while after I asked it. There was no check in message at all during our stay and no thank you or make sure to do x, y or z before you leave on our last day. Overall, I highly recommend this house and would gladly stay there again.

Check in was easy with the pin and door lock. The garage was nice for the small car. We enjoyed the space with good wifi. Kitchen was nice, the host was responsive to the items missing but complimentary coffee was amazing. Maybe one more roll of paper towel but we bought more. There were only six placemats so an extra two would be nice.i think the dishwasher was nice working but there were no detergent pods so we always washed by hand. We visited with high heat outside and the third floor with the bedrooms stayed a little warm, some darker shade to keep sun out to help energy and cool the floor but the extra fans in the rooms were helpful. Would strongly advise seeking to tint the windows that get a bunch of sun. Maybe more than one TV in the house would be nice but we seemed to learn to share for the whole family. Linens were nice. Beds were Overall comfortable. Overall a solid four stars. The one bedroom had vent unfinished but it helped move more air with all the heat.
